How can I terminate my subscription?

You do not need to actively cancel your subscription. The subscription ends automatically at the end of the booked period.

Good to know:

• You will receive an email about six weeks before your subscription expires with all important information about returning your MILES.
• With the Flex rate, you have the option to cancel your subscription on a monthly basis with 30 days notice.
