Your payment method must be covered at all times. If the debit of your due monthly installment fails, we will send you payment reminders, and additional reminder fees may apply. After the deadline mentioned in the last reminder expires, your subscription will be canceled.
Payment by credit card:
If the debit from your credit card fails, we will notify you by e-mail. Please get in touch with your bank to clarify why the debit was not possible. It is often due to a security limit that may need to be adjusted. The direct debit will be carried out again automatically 1-2 days after the first attempt.
Payment by SEPA direct debit mandate:
If your SEPA direct debit fails, you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions on how to transfer the amount.
