During the booking, you’ll have a choice between having the car delivered to your location (at additional cost) or picking up the car at one of our locations (for free or at reduced cost). You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location a few days after submitting the booking.
Delivery
On delivery day, you don’t need to worry about anything. We’ll deliver your MILES at the confirmed location and time. Please bear in mind that last-minute delays might occur, due to traffic and other circumstances. The driver will then conduct a handover protocol with you.
Pickup
On pickup day, please come on time to the pickup location. You may use a MILES car-sharing car, and our colleagues will end the rental for you, as it may be outside the business area. Our colleagues there will conduct a handover protocol with you.
Important:
- On the day of delivery, we will contact you again by phone to confirm the exact arrival time and the handover location.
- If there is a delay on your side, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate the change.
- ID and driver's license must be presented at the handover.
