The Mobility Guarantee is an optional add-on that you can book during your order process. It ensures that if your car is damaged and can't be used anymore, you get a replacement car for the period during which you can't use your subscription car.
How do I book the Mobility Guarantee?
You can book the add-on during checkout. After completing the order process, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information about your order.
💡 Please note that the add-on can't be booked during your active subscription.
How does it work?
When the car stops working, please contact us. We will then follow the standard procedure for assessing damages and repairs. If you have booked the Mobility Guarantee, we will provide you with a replacement car.
❗️Our car sharing service is always available, including at weekends. However, our subscription team coordinates the replacement vehicle and is limited to Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Do I get the same car model as a replacement car?
We will do our best to provide a similar experience, but we can't guarantee that you get the same model. The replacement car can be a car from our car sharing fleet, a car from an external car rental company, or a car from our subscription fleet. This depends on the availability and where you are located.
