What does Flex include?
- No long-term commitment: No fixed contract term spanning several months.
- Cancel monthly: You can end your subscription flexibly with 30 days' notice.
- Convenient home delivery: Even with the Flex rate, we deliver your vehicle straight to your door.
How to book your Flex subscription
- Choose a vehicle: Find the model you want. Select "Flex" as your term: Under "Subscription term", choose the "Flex" option (if available for that model).
- Choose your mileage package: Select the monthly mileage that suits you. Submit your order: After a successful review, we'll deliver your car on your preferred date.
How the cancellation period works
- To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that the cancellation period is always based on your individual start date (the day of vehicle handover):
- The period: Your subscription must be canceled at least 30 days before the start of the next billing month.
- An example: If your subscription starts on April 22, your new billing month always begins on the 22nd of the following month. To cancel, your email must reach us by the 21st of the previous month at the latest.
- Payment cycle: Please note that the monthly payment (unlike your individual start date) is always collected on the 1st of each calendar month.
- Only 1 month? If you want to use the vehicle for exactly one month, you must cancel on the day of delivery.
