A coupon is a digital voucher that you can activate to collect additional PAYBACK °Points with MILES Subscription. If available, you can find coupons in the PAYBACK app and on the PAYBACK website.
To use a coupon for MILES Subscription, you need to activate it on the PAYBACK website or in the PAYBACK app before your order, then enter your PAYBACK number during the booking process. A subsequent crediting of °Points is not possible.
The PAYBACK °Points you collect will be credited to your PAYBACK account after the order is completed, but they will only become available 31 days after the delivery. The collected PAYBACK °Points will not appear on your MILES invoice but will be credited directly to your PAYBACK account. You can check your °Point balance in your PAYBACK account at any time.
Good to know:
- Coupons are valid for a limited time and automatically expire after the expiration date.
- If multiple coupons for MILES are available at the same time, they cannot be combined.
- Each coupon can only be used once per user during the promotional period.
- There is no minimum spending amount required to use a coupon.
What should you do if there are issues with coupons or PAYBACK °Points are missing?
If you notice °Points missing after a booking, first check whether the payment was processed correctly via your specified payment method. If possible, verify that you entered your 10-digit PAYBACK number correctly. If you have checked all of this and °Points are still missing, please contact PAYBACK Support directly:
