If your PAYBACK °Points are missing or displayed incorrectly, there could be several reasons.
Here’s what you can do:
- If possible, verify that you entered your PAYBACK number correctly during the booking process.
- Check whether the payment was processed successfully via your specified payment method.
- Check whether your invoice was subsequently adjusted. In the case of invoice corrections, the corresponding PAYBACK °Points for the respective booking will also be adjusted. If you have received a full or partial refund of the invoice, the number of °Points will be adjusted accordingly as well.
